Behavior Tracker on Google Play
Behavior Tracker is an essential coaching tool for a corporate segment that helps to ensure a continuous practice of the new behavior techniques. Through behavioral training, a user can improve behavior patterns which help in developing professional skills.  The application allows gathering data from specific and targeted behaviors which are related to specific professional soft skills

Business/client
context

Our client is an international consultancy and professional service firm that provides expertise in Behavior-based coaching. By this time, they’ve already conducted dedicated Behavior Training in over 30 markets across the globe.
The request was to digitize the client’s offline business by creating iOS and Android applications that could analyze users' behavior profiles, identify mindset limitations, and help people improve the quality of their life by using a set of personalized trackers.

Challenges

Seamless behavioral shifts don't happen overnight. That's why we set our sights on consistently guiding users throughout their transformation journey via an engaging chatbot interface. Thus users could interact with the software in a more natural way.

Solutions

We created an engaging and trustworthy environment uniquely catered towards the self-care app. The Messenger-like interface didn’t require training and was flexible enough to incorporate various input options. We designed the dialogues to capture principles of casual communication, which would feel just like talking to another person.
Chatbot
The questionnaire is a set of cards with binary “Yes” or ”No” answers. We chose a Tinder-like card design because it allows users to focus on questions, one at a time. There are no right answers to these questions, so in order to minimize bias when choosing between the answers, both options are styled using the same neutral color.

Results
We used an animated pie chart to visually link the results of the questionnaire analysis to the corresponding topic. When the results are explained, the chatbot emphasizes the dominant mindset issue, helps users learn relevant information, and gives personalized behavior tips.

Trackers
Since each user is an individual, we need a unique approach to each of them. After determining the dominant mindset issue, the application offers personalized trackers specifically focused on changing users' behavior patterns. While gathering the trackers’ statistics, the Chatbot can react to users' performance, motivate them to be consistent, and provide insightful reports when milestones are reached.
Journal
We believe that keeping a persistent journal can be incredibly beneficial to self-reflection. The Journal helps users to track their daily activities and is easily accessible from the Chatbot. Because it is an important part of personal growth, users are encouraged to write down their thoughts, feelings, and actions daily.
